The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff in the breakfast restaurant and at the reception were attentive and friendly. the hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city.

To the stay. there were some noise disturbances during the night, such as loud bumps and guests talking in the corridor.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the airport and city centre via frequent bus service. Rooms are spacious and come with big comfortable beds and large TVs with all channels working. Bathrooms are clean. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Fire drills are conducted efficiently, and guests receive a follow-up letter.

Some guests have reported outdated decor and furniture, as well as cleanliness issues with towels, mirrors, and kettles. There have been concerns over the quality and price of breakfast, as well as variable staff attitudes and room service.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was situated in a quiet area with easy access to the city centre by bus. I loved the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service, particularly the female principal reception staff who went above and beyond to make my stay extremely comfortable. The hotel had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The room amenities were impressive, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with a restaurant offering a fantastic continental breakfast, and a bar/lounge area serving a range of drinks and food.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a quiet area with easy access to the city centre.

The hotel offered excellent value for money with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. The leisure facilities, including classes, were all free and towels were provided for the gym and pool. The pool temperature was the warmest ever experienced in a hotel. Free parking and cheap buses running every ten minutes to and from the city centre were convenient. The local area was picturesque, and despite there being weddings every night, noise was not an issue. The breakfast was enjoyable, with the opportunity to try haggis. There were spacious rooms with a choice of beds for children.

The staff at reception were friendly and informative. The parking was great and the directions to public transport were perfect. The breakfast was a crush bag with a pain au chocolat, granola yogurt, fresh fruit salad, fresh orange juice, and a hot bacon roll. The location was close to the zoo and only a 20-minute bus ride to the city center.
